1. Who we are

Gloo Calculator is a calculator platform for entrepreneurs and content creators. This policy explains the data we process, why, and your rights under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018) and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable.

2. Values entered in calculators

Calculations run locally in your browser. Values and results may be kept in browser session storage to preserve progress when you sign in or change language. If you save business metrics in the Premium dashboard, they are stored in your account. When you request AI recommendations, the submitted values, results and optional context are sent to the AI service to generate a response.

3. Contact form

The About contact form processes your name, email, profile (entrepreneur or creator), subject and message.

Purpose: respond to your inquiry and assess calculator suggestions. Legal basis: consent and legitimate interest in handling your request.

This information is not used for advertising or sold. The current form validates submissions but is not connected to a message delivery or storage service; contact us directly by email.

4. Local storage and cookies

Browser storage keeps your sign-in session, language preference, calculator progress and selected plan. We do not use advertising pixels or behavioral profiling.

5. Technical access data

Our hosting provider may record technical access data (IP address, browser type, pages visited and date/time) for security and service operation. We also record daily calculation usage against your account to enforce the free limit.

6. Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. Necessary providers include hosting and authentication, Stripe for payments, and the AI service when you request recommendations. Data may also be shared when required by law or court order.

7. Your rights

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion and withdrawal of consent. Write to the email below; we respond within 15 days.

8. Security and children

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS). The service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not intentionally collect children’s data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the service or legislation. The latest update date appears at the top of this page.
